Mario Paniccia President
As President of Paniccia Construction Corp., Mario has more than 30 years of construction experience, including field supervision, estimating, scheduling, project management, and contract negotiations. He founded the firm back in 2005. Prior to this, he held a Senior Project Manager and Supervision position spanning 11 years with Fusco Corporation. Starting as an Architectural Designer and Assistant Project Manager at the beginning of his construction career, he progressively developed and proved himself to be a driving force among his peers.

Rosemarie Paniccia VP of Business Development
Rosemarie Paniccia-Carneiro is a graduate of Southern Conn. State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has been with Paniccia Construction Corp since 2017 with a background in Admin and Marketing. As the VP of Business Development, she is responsible for new business development and client relations. Rosemarie works closely with the President creating strategies and goals to support the vision of the company.
Lou Paniccia Project Manager
Lou Paniccia has been with Paniccia Construction Corp. since 2006 with over 17 years of experience as Project Manager. He attended Roger Williams School of Architecture and received his certificate for Computer Programming at New Horizons. With his extensive background in IT/Computer Programming, Lou has been an important asset to our team. At Paniccia Construction Corp. he works closely with the President on current projects; managing all bidding and estimating documents, as-well-as overseeing projects and deadlines daily.
Michael Paniccia Superintendent
Michael Paniccia has been with Paniccia Construction Corp. since 2006 with over 30 years of experience as a Superintendent. As the Senior Superintendent, Michael is responsible for overseeing company projects and field workers to ensure that daily tasks are managed properly. As Sr. Superintendent, he also coordinates construction services and maintains a safe working environment for all staff.
Melissa Paniccia Office Clerk
Melissa Paniccia has been with Paniccia Construction Corp. since 2013 as the company’s Office Clerk. Melissa performs clerical receptionist duties and manages our payroll and account payables/receivables. In addition to her administrative duties, Melissa also assists project managers with several construction projects at any given time.
